Hey Eric, We just thought that we would drop you a few lines to let you know how much we appreciate you and your company. This has truly been a wonderful experience. I know that sometimes I may have been worrisome, but of course, this is our first time buying a home and we have a lot of questions. We have heard some horror stories about the home buying process and bad realtors, and I sure am glad that we did not run into any of those people. Instead, we got a wonderful, kind, generous person who understands what people go through to try and own a home. We really do appreciate you and your company, and you can best believe that if there is ever a person in search of an absolutely wonderful realtor, we will definitely send them to you. Ray and I would just like to say Thank You personally for everything you have done for us. We finally have a home that we can call our own without having to look over our shoulders worrying about our or any landlord.
